Genshin Impact 7.2: Mitya wish ends on 24 November

Release and maintenance

Genshin Impact version 7.2, "Hour of Ruin", is out. Maintenance began on 3 November at 23:00 Polish time and was estimated to take 5 hours.

Players who reached Adventure Rank 5 or above by the start of maintenance are eligible for 300 Primogems in maintenance compensation and 300 Primogems in issue fix compensation. Claim the maintenance Primogems while version 7.2 is running. For the issue fix compensation, log in and claim it before 6 November at 23:00.

Both are sent by in-game mail within 5 hours after maintenance ends. The mail expires after 30 days.

Characters and banners

"Myriad Patterns Unfold" runs until 24 November at 17:59. It has a boosted drop rate for the event-exclusive 5-star character "Rules Set at Naught" Mitya (Electro), as well as the 4-star characters "Fort Fulguration" Valeriy (Electro), "Lens of Verity" Charlotte (Cryo) and "Thorny Benevolence" Rosaria (Cryo).

Valeriy will join the standard wish "Wanderlust Invocation" in the next version. Mitya will not be available in that standard wish.

"Chanson of Many Waters" has a boosted drop rate for "Endless Solo of Solitude" Furina (Hydro).

The wish guarantee count is shared between "Character Event Wish" and "Character Event Wish-2" and is independent of other wish types.

Events

The "Test Run" trial is open during Mitya's event wish. You can use fixed lineups to try selected characters in specific stages and get rewards for completing the challenges.

Other

The "Polyphonic Season" preparation phase runs from the version 7.2 update until tomorrow at 09:59. The play phase starts tomorrow at 10:00 and ends on 15 December at 03:59. The final phase starts on 15 December at 04:00 and runs until version 7.2 ends.

You can take part after awakening your Miliastra Wonderland Manekin. During the play phase, you can earn points or leaderboard scores in Wonderlands that feature ranks or leaderboards. Some Wonderlands do not award them through Room Mode.
