The first Polish subtitle pack for this game is not out yet. When it is ready you will find it here, and Kaption downloads it by itself.
How to play Wuthering Waves with Polish subtitles
Download Kaption, pick the game on the Game and subtitles page and click Detect automatically to set the dialogue area. Polish subtitles appear over the dialogue once the first translation pack is out.
