At a glance
Cyrene is a 5-star Ice character on the Remembrance path. She supports the whole team with a DMG increase and a Zone that adds True DMG when allies deal damage. Her memosprite Demiurge also attacks and gives buffs to individual characters.

How the kit works
Before combat, Peace at West Wind's End stops enemies inside its dimension and gives allies 50% movement speed. Entering battle while it lasts deploys the Zone. Otherwise, use Bloom, Elysium of Beyond to deploy it and gain 3 Recollection. The Zone lasts 2 turns and adds True DMG equal to 24% of each instance of ally DMG.
Hearts Gather as One gives other characters and their memosprites Future at battle start and after Cyrene acts. When an ally with Future acts, Cyrene gains 1 Recollection. A summoned teammate’s memosprite also gains Future, which it does not consume. Lo, Hope Takes Flight! gives Cyrene 1 Recollection.
At 24 Recollection, use Verse ◦ Vow ∞. It summons Demiurge, grants it an immediate extra turn and activates all teammates’ Ultimates. Reaching 24 Recollection also dispels Cyrene’s debuffs. The resulting state gives Cyrene and Demiurge 50% CRIT Rate and keeps the Skill’s Zone active without a duration limit. The first Ultimate can be used once per battle.
In that state, the enhanced Basic ATK gains 3 Recollection, hits one enemy and then all enemies, but does not recover Skill Points. At 12 Recollection, Reunion at First Sight gives Demiurge another immediate turn. Demiurge can use Minuet of Blooms and Plumes to attack all enemies or This Ode, to All Lives to buff an ally. Ode to Ego adds attacks based on the different teammates who have given Cyrene Recollection.
Build and why
For relics, consider Sacerdos' Relived Ordeal first, then Messenger Traversing Hackerspace. Both give 6% SPD with two pieces. Their four-piece effects have specific targeting requirements: Sacerdos needs the wearer to use Skill or Ultimate on one ally, while Messenger needs an Ultimate used on an ally. Cyrene’s Skill deploys a Zone, so check the trigger rather than assuming every ability activates either effect.
For a planar set, Sprightly Vonwacq advances Cyrene’s action by 40% at battle start if she has at least 120 SPD. Its Energy Regeneration Rate does not replace the Recollection needed for her Ultimate. The game’s build also offers four-piece World-Remaking Deliverer: with Demiurge on the field, Basic ATK or Skill raises both their Max HP by 24% and team DMG by 15%. Amphoreus, The Eternal Land gives CRIT Rate and, while Demiurge is present, team SPD.
Use CRIT DMG on the body, SPD on the feet, HP Percentage or Ice DMG Boost on the sphere, and HP Percentage on the rope. Prioritize SPD, then CRIT DMG, CRIT Rate and HP Percentage in substats. At 180 SPD, Causality in Trichotomy gives the team 20% DMG; excess SPD also gives Cyrene and Demiurge Ice RES PEN, up to 60 excess SPD.
This Love, Forever is the first Light Cone to look at: it gives 18% SPD, and Demiurge’s abilities can increase enemy DMG taken and allies’ CRIT DMG. Memory's Curtain Never Falls is next, with SPD and team DMG after Cyrene uses Skill. Long May Rainbows Adorn the Sky also gives 18% SPD; it consumes allies’ current HP when Cyrene uses Basic ATK, Skill or Ultimate and adds damage to Demiurge’s next attack.
For maximum ascension, gather 308,000 Credit, 65 Sea Siren's Torn Fin and 15 each of Fear-Stomped Flesh, Courage-Torn Chest and Glory-Aspersed Torso. For all skills, the listed total is 3,000,000 Credit, 8 Tracks of Destiny, 18 Bīja of Consciousness, 69 Seedling of Manas, 139 Flower of Ālaya, 12 Daythunder Anamnesis, 41 Fear-Stomped Flesh, 56 Courage-Torn Chest and 58 Glory-Aspersed Torso.
A Tomorrow in Thirteen Shades adds 12 Recollection on entering combat. It also raises the Zone’s True DMG multiplier by 6% for each different ally character buffed by Demiurge, up to 24%. Consider it if you want a faster start and a stronger Zone.
E6 advances all allies by 100% on Cyrene’s first Ultimate. Its later effects reduce enemy DEF and advance allies when Ode to Ego triggers. E3 and E5 can be left for later if you prefer new effects over skill-level increases.
Teams
Cyrene fits beside a damage dealer and a sustain character. No particular element is required by her kit: look instead for allies who act often or have memosprites. At combat start, one, two or three other Chrysos Heir or Remembrance characters give Cyrene 2, 3 or 6 Recollection respectively.
Tribbie is a Quantum support option. Ode to Passage makes Tribbie’s DMG ignore 12% DEF and adds another instance of Additional DMG under its stated Follow-Up ATK and Zone conditions. Hyacine is a Wind Remembrance sustain option: Ode to Sky gives her Energy and adds to Little Ica’s healing tally.
Castorice is a Quantum Remembrance damage option. Ode to Life and Death lets Newbud overflow and uses that overflow to increase Netherwing’s Talent DMG multiplier. Phainon is a Physical damage option; Ode to Worldbearing gives him Coreflame and changes what happens after Khaslana’s extra turns are depleted.
For a character who is not a Chrysos Heir, This Ode, to All Lives gives 40% DMG for 2 turns and also applies to their memosprite. Cyrene’s Zone and teamwide DMG increase still support the rest of the party.
Common mistakes
Do not forget the Zone before the first Ultimate. Use the Technique before entering combat or deploy the Zone with Skill. If Cyrene is downed, the Zone is dispelled.
Do not plan on the enhanced Basic ATK recovering Skill Points. It gives more Recollection, but the rest of the team still needs a workable Skill Point supply.
Do not build around Energy Regeneration Rate as though it fills Recollection. Watch the Recollection count instead, and remember that SPD helps Cyrene act and reach the 180 SPD passive threshold. Keep her alive: Demiurge’s HP percentage follows changes to Cyrene’s HP percentage.
