At a glance

Qingque is a Quantum Erudition damage dealer who draws jade tiles during battle. Her goal is to reach four tiles of the same suit and use her Enhanced Basic ATK against one enemy and its neighbours.

Her damage and Skill Point spending depend on the tiles she draws. She can also hit every enemy with her Ultimate, making her useful against groups as well as a single target.

  4. Talent

    Celestial JadeTalent

    Level priority 3 of 4

Draws a tile at each ally's turn. Starting her turn with 4 matching tiles grants Hidden Hand: 72% ATK and Enhanced Basic; Skill is locked until she attacks.

At the start of any ally's turn, draws a tile. At the start of this character's turn, if this character holds 4 tiles from the same suit, remove all tiles in possession and Enhance this Basic ATK while increasing this character's ATK.

    Full description

When an ally's turn starts, Qingque randomly draws 1 tile from 3 different suits and can hold up to 4 tiles at one time. If Qingque starts her turn with 4 tiles of the same suit, she consumes all tiles to enter the "Hidden Hand" state. While in this state, Qingque cannot use her Skill again. At the same time, Qingque's ATK increases by 72%, and her Basic ATK "Flower Pick" is enhanced, becoming "Cherry on Top!" The "Hidden Hand" state ends after using "Cherry on Top!".

Guide

How the kit works

Use Game Solitaire before a fight to draw two tiles when battle starts. Celestial Jade draws one random tile when an ally's turn starts, and Qingque can hold up to four tiles. If she starts her turn with four of the same suit, she consumes them and enters Hidden Hand.

A Scoop of Moon draws two tiles and increases damage by 28% until the end of the current turn, stacking up to four times. It does not end her turn. Flower Pick throws a tile from the suit she holds least and deals Quantum DMG equal to 100% of her ATK to one enemy.

In Hidden Hand, Qingque gains 72% ATK and cannot use her Skill. Cherry on Top! deals 240% of her ATK to one target and 100% to adjacent enemies, but does not recover a Skill Point. The state ends after that attack. A Quartet? Woo-hoo! deals 200% of her ATK to all enemies and gives her four matching tiles. Plan around the Talent's start-of-turn check rather than assuming those tiles immediately activate Hidden Hand.

Build and why

For relics, start with four pieces of Poet of Mourning Collapse. It gives 10% Quantum DMG and reduces SPD by 8%; if her SPD before battle is below 110 or 95, it gives 20% or 32% CRIT Rate respectively. The recommended SPD feet work against those thresholds, so check her SPD before entering a fight.

Genius of Brilliant Stars is the next option: it gives 10% Quantum DMG and ignores 10% of the target's DEF, with another 10% ignored against Quantum Weakness. The Edacious Heretic gives 16% CRIT DMG, boosts Basic ATK damage by 36% and grants 20% ATK for two turns after a Basic ATK.

For the planar set, use Rutilant Arena. Its 8% CRIT Rate helps reach the 70% current CRIT Rate needed for its 20% Basic ATK and Skill damage bonus. Tengoku@Livestream is another option if Qingque consumes three or more Skill Points in one turn. The game's stat recommendation is CRIT Rate or CRIT DMG body, SPD feet, Quantum DMG Boost sphere and ATK Percentage rope. Look for CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG substats first, then ATK Percentage and SPD.

Yet Hope Is Priceless is the first weapon choice: it gives CRIT Rate and lets Ultimate or Follow-Up ATK ignore DEF after battle starts or a Basic ATK. Before Dawn is next for CRIT DMG and Ultimate damage; its Follow-Up ATK bonus becomes relevant with Eidolon 4. Night on the Milky Way gains ATK for enemies on the field and gives a temporary damage boost after an enemy suffers Weakness Break.

Leveling priority

Follow the game's order: Flower Pick, A Scoop of Moon, Celestial Jade, then A Quartet? Woo-hoo!. The Basic is the priority for her tile attacks. The Skill raises her damage during the turn, while the Talent increases her ATK in Hidden Hand.

For maximum ascension you need 246,400 Credit, 50 Void Cast Iron, 12 Thief's Instinct, 13 Usurper's Scheme and 12 Conqueror's Will. Maxing all skills takes 2,400,000 Credit, 5 Tracks of Destiny, 12 Key of Inspiration, 54 Key of Knowledge, 105 Key of Wisdom, 12 Guardian's Lament, 28 Thief's Instinct, 42 Usurper's Scheme and 42 Conqueror's Will.

Eidolons worth it

Prevail Beyond the Tiles is worth considering first because it recovers one Skill Point after the Enhanced Basic ATK. Right on the Tiles is another useful target: each Skill use has a 24% fixed chance to grant Self-Sufficer for the current turn. With it active, a Basic or Enhanced Basic launches a Follow-Up ATK against the same target.

Sleep on the Tiles is a good earlier option, restoring one Energy whenever Draw Tile triggers. Rise Through the Tiles adds 10% Ultimate damage, while Eidolons 3 and 5 raise skill levels. You can leave those smaller upgrades for later rather than treating any one of them as necessary.

Teams

Qingque wants teammates who support her damage and keep the team alive while she spends Skill Points drawing tiles. Sparkle is a Quantum Harmony buffer, Silver Wolf is a Quantum debuffer, and Fu Xuan provides Quantum sustain. They are a team option alongside Qingque.

Tingyun and Hanya are other buffer options. For a different sustain slot, consider Lynx for Quantum or Dan Heng • Permansor Terrae for Physical. Qingque contributes Quantum damage to the team, including damage against adjacent enemies with her Enhanced Basic and against all enemies with her Ultimate.

Common mistakes

Do not spend Skill Points without watching the rest of the team. The Skill can stack its damage bonus, but the draws are random and the bonus lasts only until the end of the current turn. Also remember that the Enhanced Basic does not recover a Skill Point before Eidolon 6.

Do not build around a set threshold without checking it. Poet of Mourning Collapse checks SPD before battle, while Rutilant Arena checks current CRIT Rate. If you use Before Dawn without Eidolon 4, its Follow-Up ATK bonus has no Follow-Up ATK from Qingque's listed base kit to strengthen.
