How the kit works
Use Allow Changes? on the target your team needs to attack. It has a 120% base chance to implant one Weakness matching an on-field ally’s Type, prioritizing the first character in the lineup. The matching RES drops by 20% for 3 turns, but this reduction does not trigger if the target already has that Weakness. The Skill also has a 100% base chance to reduce All-Type RES by 13% for 2 turns.
Only one Weakness implanted by Silver Wolf can remain on each enemy. A new implant replaces the previous one. When that enemy is defeated, Awaiting System Response... transfers the implanted Weakness to another eligible enemy, prioritizing Elite-level targets and above.
Use User Banned when you want to lower the whole enemy group’s DEF: it has a 120% base chance to reduce DEF by 45% for 3 turns. Every Silver Wolf attack also has a 100% base chance to apply a random Bug. Generate extends Bugs by 1 turn and can apply one when an enemy’s Weakness is broken. Use System Warning when you do not need to refresh the Skill.
Build and why
For relics, use the 2-piece SPD bonuses from Sacerdos' Relived Ordeal and Messenger Traversing Hackerspace. Their 4-piece effects require targeting an ally with an ability, so Silver Wolf cannot trigger them with her Skill or Ultimate. Eagle of Twilight Line is another option: its 4-piece effect advances her action by 25% after her Ultimate, though its Wind DMG bonus does not help her Quantum attacks.
For a damage build, Genius of Brilliant Stars boosts Quantum DMG and ignores more DEF against enemies with Quantum Weakness. Pioneer Diver of Dead Waters rewards attacks against debuffed enemies. Thief of Shooting Meteor is an option for Break Effect and restores Energy when she inflicts Weakness Break.
Lushaka, the Sunken Seas gives Energy Regeneration Rate and can raise the first teammate’s ATK if Silver Wolf is not in that slot. Penacony, Land of the Dreams gives Energy Regeneration Rate and boosts other Quantum allies’ DMG. Pan-Cosmic Commercial Enterprise supplies Effect Hit Rate and ATK; Talia: Kingdom of Banditry is a Break Effect option.
Lies Dance on the Breeze is the top Light Cone: it gives SPD and can apply area-wide DEF reduction after an attack. At 170 SPD, it can also apply Theft for another DEF reduction. Resolution Shines As Pearls of Sweat can lower a hit enemy’s DEF, while Holiday Thermae Escapade increases damage taken by attacked targets. Before the Tutorial Mission Starts offers Effect Hit Rate and Energy against DEF-reduced enemies. Incessant Rain offers Effect Hit Rate and Aether Code.
For main stats, choose Effect Hit Rate or CRIT Rate on the body, SPD on the feet, Quantum DMG Boost on the sphere, and Energy Regeneration Rate on the rope. Favor SPD and Effect Hit Rate in substats, followed by CRIT Rate, CRIT DMG, and ATK Percentage.
Leveling priority
Follow the game’s order: level User Banned first for its area-wide DEF reduction, then Allow Changes? for the single-target Weakness and RES effects. Level Awaiting System Response... next, followed by System Warning.
Inject restores 20 Energy at the start of battle and 5 at the start of Silver Wolf’s turns. Side Note gives her 10% ATK for every 10% Effect Hit Rate, up to 50% ATK, giving that stat another use alongside her debuff chances.
For maximum ascension and skills, you need Credit, Void Cast Iron, Ancient Part, Ancient Spindle, Ancient Engine, Tracks of Destiny, Obsidian of Dread, Obsidian of Desolation, Obsidian of Obsession, and Destroyer's Final Road.
Eidolons worth it
For a support-focused upgrade, Zombie Network is worth considering first. Enemies entering combat take 20% more DMG, and ally attacks give Silver Wolf a 100% base chance to implant a random Bug on the attacked target.
Social Engineering is a useful earlier stopping point. After her Ultimate attacks a target, it restores 7 Energy per debuff on that target, up to five triggers per Ultimate.
Overlay Network is an option if you want more of Silver Wolf’s own damage: each debuff on the target raises her DMG to it by 20%, up to 100%. You can stop at E1 or E2 and skip the later upgrades if that personal damage is not your goal. Reaching E6 requires the preceding Eidolons.
Teams
Put the damage dealer whose Type you want prioritized in the first lineup slot. Silver Wolf’s Skill prioritizes that character’s Type when implanting a Weakness, and a team with more characters of the same Type gives you a narrower selection of Types to implant.
Archer is a Quantum damage dealer to consider alongside Silver Wolf. Sparkle can fill a Quantum buffer slot, while Lynx provides Quantum sustain. With that lineup, Penacony, Land of the Dreams can boost the other Quantum allies’ DMG.
Acheron and Dr. Ratio are other damage dealers named for her teams. Pair either with a sustain character suited to the fight, such as Lynx or Luocha. Pela and Jiaoqiu are debuffers to consider if you want another teammate applying enemy debuffs.
Common mistakes
Do not treat a base chance as a guaranteed debuff. Build Effect Hit Rate and check whether the important effects have landed before relying on them.
Do not repeatedly use the Skill without checking the target’s current Weakness. A new implant replaces Silver Wolf’s previous one, and the extra 20% matching RES reduction does not trigger when the enemy already has that Type of Weakness.
Do not equip four pieces of Sacerdos' Relived Ordeal or Messenger Traversing Hackerspace expecting their ally-targeted effects to work with Silver Wolf’s attacks. Use their 2-piece SPD bonuses instead, or choose a 4-piece set whose effect she can activate.
