How the kit works
Before combat, Heaven-Quelling Prismadrakon puts him in Leaping Dragon for 20 seconds. Attack in that state to rush forward and block incoming attacks. If this starts combat, he deals Imaginary DMG equal to 120% of his ATK to every enemy and gains 1 Squama Sacrosancta.
On his turn, use Dracore Libre up to three times to enhance Beneficent Lotus. Pressing the Skill itself costs no Skill Points and does not count as using a Skill. The enhanced Basic ATK is where you need to account for Skill Point consumption.
One enhancement gives Transcendence, a 3-hit attack dealing 260% of ATK to one target. Two give Divine Spear, with 5 hits dealing 380% to the target and 60% to adjacent enemies. Three give Fulgurant Leap, with 7 hits dealing 500% to the target and 180% to adjacent enemies. These values are at the supplied skill levels.
Righteous Heart adds a 10% DMG increase after each hit, up to 6 stacks, until the end of his turn. Divine Spear and Fulgurant Leap also gain Outroar before each hit starting with the fourth. Each stack gives 12% CRIT DMG, up to 4 stacks for that turn.
Azure's Aqua Ablutes All deals 300% of ATK to one enemy and 140% to adjacent enemies, then gives 2 Squama Sacrosancta. He can hold up to 3. These offset his Skill Point consumption and count as Skill Points consumed, so check his stock before using the Ultimate.
Build and why
For relics, use 4-piece The Edacious Heretic. It gives 16% CRIT DMG and 36% Basic ATK DMG; using a Basic ATK also gives 20% ATK for 2 turns. Musketeer of Wild Wheat is another option, with ATK, SPD and Basic ATK DMG.
For the planar set, take Rutilant Arena: it gives 8% CRIT Rate and, at 70% current CRIT Rate, 20% more Basic ATK and Skill DMG. Tengoku@Livestream is another option. It gives 16% CRIT DMG and another 32% for 3 turns if at least 3 Skill Points are consumed in the same turn. Squama Sacrosancta counts toward Skill Point consumption.
Use CRIT Rate or CRIT DMG on the body, SPD or ATK Percentage on the feet, Imaginary DMG Boost on the sphere and ATK Percentage on the rope. For substats, the game's order is CRIT Rate, CRIT DMG, ATK Percentage, then SPD. Pay attention to the 70% threshold if using Rutilant Arena.
Thus Burns the Dawn is the top weapon option: it adds 12 base SPD and ignores 18% DEF when dealing damage. Its 60% DMG bonus after Ultimate lasts only until the start of the wearer's turn. Brighter Than the Sun gives CRIT Rate and builds ATK and Energy Regeneration Rate stacks through Basic ATKs. On the Fall of an Aeon builds ATK when attacking and gives a temporary DMG bonus after breaking a Weakness.
Leveling priority
Follow the game's order: level the Basic ATK first, then the Ultimate, Talent and Skill. The enhanced attacks are Basic ATKs, so they get first priority. The Ultimate deals damage and supplies Squama Sacrosancta; the Talent and Skill add damage through their stacks.
For maximum ascension, gather 308,000 Credit, 65 Suppressing Edict and 15 each of Immortal Scionette, Immortal Aeroblossom and Immortal Lumintwig.
For all skills, you need 3,000,000 Credit, 8 Tracks of Destiny, 18 Shattered Blade, 69 Lifeless Blade, 139 Worldbreaker Blade, 12 Regret of Infinite Ochema, 41 Immortal Scionette, 56 Immortal Aeroblossom and 58 Immortal Lumintwig.
Eidolons worth it
As a suggested stopping point, Imperium On Cloud Nine is worth considering first. After the Ultimate, it advances his action by 100% and grants 1 extra Squama Sacrosancta. You will obtain Tethered to Sky along the way.
Tethered to Sky raises the maximum Righteous Heart stack count by 4 and grants an extra stack per hit. Reign, Returned is another upgrade to consider: after another ally uses an Ultimate, the next Fulgurant Leap gains 20% Imaginary RES PEN, stacking up to 3 times.
Zephyr's Bliss extends Outroar until the end of his next turn. Clothed in Clouds and Fall is the Pride raise skill levels instead. You can stop at E2 and leave the later Eidolons, though reaching E6 requires obtaining the ones before it.
Teams
Build around Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae as the damage dealer, with buffers and a sustain character. Sparkle is a Quantum buffer named for him, while Sunday is an Imaginary buffer. Luocha is an Imaginary sustain option; those three make a team to consider alongside him.
Other options include Tingyun or Yukong for buffs. Silver Wolf and Pela are debuffers, which can help meet Wastelander of Banditry Desert's condition against debuffed enemies if you use that relic set. Keep enough Skill Points available for his enhanced attacks rather than spending them all on teammates.
He brings Imaginary damage to one target and its neighbors. Against enemies with Imaginary Weakness, his passive gives him 24% CRIT DMG when dealing damage to them.
Common mistakes
Do not assume pressing Dracore Libre is itself a Skill use or costs Skill Points. Watch the resources available for the enhanced Basic ATK instead, including Squama Sacrosancta.
Do not fire the Ultimate without checking your Squama Sacrosancta stock: the cap is 3, so part of its gain can be wasted. At E2 it grants one extra on top of the usual two.
Do not ignore CRIT Rate while stacking CRIT DMG, especially with Rutilant Arena. Also remember that the 60% DMG bonus from Thus Burns the Dawn ends at the start of the wearer's turn.
