How the kit works
Before a fight, Hypnosis Research attacks an enemy. On entering battle, it deals Physical DMG to a random enemy and has a 100% base chance to Weaken all enemies. Weakened enemies deal 30% less DMG to allies for one turn.
During the fight, use Love, Heal, and Choose when one ally needs help. At the listed values, it restores 10.5% of Natasha's Max HP plus 280, then restores another 7.2% plus 192 at the start of that ally's turns for two turns. A Trace extends that continuous healing by one turn. Another lets the Skill dispel one debuff from its target.
Use Gift of Rebirth when several allies need healing. Its listed heal is 13.8% of Natasha's Max HP plus 368 for every ally. Innervation (Talent) increases Natasha's Outgoing Healing by 50% when the ally being healed is at 30% HP or lower; it also applies to continuous healing.
When healing is not needed, Behind the Kindness deals Physical DMG to one enemy based on Natasha's ATK. The listed skill values change as you level them.
Build and why
For relics, Warrior Goddess of Sun and Thunder is the first choice. Its two-piece bonus gives 6% SPD. When Natasha heals an ally other than herself, the four-piece effect can give her 6% SPD and the team 15% CRIT DMG for two turns. Messenger Traversing Hackerspace is next for its team SPD effect, followed by Passerby of Wandering Cloud for Outgoing Healing and a Skill Point at the start of battle.
For planar ornaments, Giant Tree of Rapt Brooding gives 6% SPD and increases Outgoing Healing when Natasha reaches 135 or 180 SPD. Fleet of the Ageless gives Max HP, plus team ATK if she reaches 120 SPD. Both suit her healing; choose according to the stats you can reach.
Use Outgoing Healing Boost or HP Percentage on the body, SPD on the feet, HP Percentage on the sphere, and HP Percentage or Energy Regeneration Rate on the rope. Look for HP Percentage, SPD, then Effect RES in substats.
Night of Fright is the first Light Cone choice: it gives Energy Regeneration Rate, heals an ally when any ally uses an Ultimate, and gives healed allies ATK. Time Waits for No One comes next for Max HP and Outgoing Healing. Warmth Shortens Cold Nights adds Max HP and team healing when Natasha uses her Basic ATK or Skill. Post-Op Conversation is another option for Energy Regeneration Rate and stronger Ultimate healing.
Leveling priority
Follow the game's order: Gift of Rebirth first, then Love, Heal, and Choose, Behind the Kindness, and Innervation. The Ultimate and Skill directly raise her team-wide and single-target healing. The Basic and Talent come after them in the game's order.
For ascension to the maximum level, you need 246,400 Credit, 50 Broken Teeth of Iron Wolf, 12 Ancient Part, 13 Ancient Spindle and 12 Ancient Engine.
For all skills, you need 2,400,000 Credit, 5 Tracks of Destiny, 12 Seed of Abundance, 54 Sprout of Life, 105 Flower of Eternity, 12 Guardian's Lament, 28 Ancient Part, 42 Ancient Spindle and 42 Ancient Engine.
Eidolons worth it
For Eidolons, I would consider Clinical Research first. After Natasha uses her Ultimate, it gives one turn of continuous healing to allies at 30% HP or lower. At the start of their turn, that heal restores 6% of Natasha's Max HP plus 160.
Miracle Cure is another useful option: Natasha gets 5 extra Energy after being attacked. Doctor's Grace is worth considering if you use her Basic ATK often, since it adds Physical DMG equal to 40% of her Max HP.
Pharmacology Expertise heals Natasha once per battle after she is attacked and her HP is at 30% or lower. The Right Cure and Preventive Treatment raise skill levels rather than adding a new effect. You can stop before chasing those later upgrades if the extra levels or Basic ATK damage are not your goal; you still need earlier Eidolons to reach later ones.
Teams
Natasha can take the healing slot beside a damage dealer and a buffer. Clara is one named option, with Tribbie as a buffer. Natasha keeps the team healthy and can remove a debuff from the ally who needs it.
For a DoT team, Hysilens, Kafka and Black Swan are named options to pair with her. Natasha's healing does not require a particular element. If you use Penacony, Land of the Dreams, its damage bonus applies to other Physical allies, so Clara or Hysilens can benefit from it.
Common mistakes
Do not stack ATK expecting bigger heals. Natasha's Skill and Ultimate healing use her Max HP, while ATK affects her Basic damage. SPD and Energy Regeneration Rate are useful build options, but do not neglect HP Percentage or Outgoing Healing Boost.
Do not forget the debuff removal unlocked for her Skill, especially when choosing which ally to heal. Also check a set's conditions: Fleet of the Ageless needs 120 SPD for its team ATK bonus, and Giant Tree of Rapt Brooding needs at least 135 SPD for its healing bonus.
Do not rely on the extra continuous healing from Clinical Research for every Ultimate. It applies only to allies at 30% HP or lower.
